World Taekwondo Hanmadang Referee Course

1. PURPOSE

It aims at cultivating the World Taekwondo Hanmadang Referee who has the specialty and ethics in order to operate the World Taekwondo Hanmadang fairly and effectively under the instruction of rules and regulations.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

1) Title

The (1st, 2nd, 3rd) class Hanmadang Referee Course.

2) Purpose

To manage the World Taekwondo Hanmadange Competition fair and smoothly under unifi ed regulations by acquiring proper knowledge on the competition and accurate moves

3) Aim

  • -Knowledge of score keeping as a Hanmadange judges
  • -Motivate a sense of mission and improve quality as a Hanmadange judges

4) Course period

3 days 24 hours (8hours per day)

5) Main Target

This program is designed for a Master who has the specialty and ethics in order to operate the World Taekwondo Hanmadang.

6) Curriculum

The Hanmadang Referee Course is a 24 hours program that embraces a wide rang of topic, composed of 2 themes Taekwondo Theories(Rules and regulation for Hanmadnag) and Practical training (Method of Judging,Poomsae).

3. QUALIFICATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Graduation Course (License)

1) 1st Class Course

  • -Holder of the Kukkiwon 9th Dan with 1st class Master Certificate or, holder of the Kukkiwon 9th Dan with Master Certificate (before the issuance of 1996)

2) 2nd class Course

  • -Holder of the Kukkiwon 8th Dan with 2nd class Master Certificate

3) 3rd class Course

  • -Holder of the Kukkiwon 7th Dan with 3rd class Master Certificate

4) P-1 Class

  • -Holder of the Kukkiwon 4th Dan(at least 30 years old) with permanent residence or citizenship in his staying country

5) P-2 Class

  • -Holder of the Kukkiwon 3rd Dan(at least 25 years old) with permanent residence or citizenship in staying country

Refresher Course

  • -The holder of Hanmadang Referee certificate wants to learn new updated techniques and regulation of Hanmadang again.
