WTA

The objective is to develop World Taekwondo Hanmadang Referees with expertise and ethical standards, enabling them to officiate the World Taekwondo Hanmadang competently and impartially in accordance with established rules and regulations.

1) Title:

• -The (1st, 2nd, 3rd) class Hanmadang Referee Course.

2) Purpose:

• -To ensure the fair and smooth management of the World Taekwondo Hanmadang Competition by adhering to unified regulations, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the competition, and executing precise officiating duties.

3) Goals:

• -Acquire proficiency in scorekeeping as Hanmadang judges.
• -Foster a sense of duty and enhance the quality of officiating as Hanmadang judges.

4) Duration:

• -3 days, 24 hours (8 hours per day).

5) Target Audience:

• -This program is tailored for Masters who possess the necessary expertise and ethical standards to effectively officiate the World Taekwondo Hanmadang.

6) Curriculum:

• -The Hanmadang Referee Course is a 24-hour program covering a wide range of topics, consisting of two main themes: Taekwondo Theories (including rules and regulations for Hanmadang) and Practical Training (featuring methods of judging and Poomsae).
